Naviture - Web

Naviture is a fleet management SaaS platform that gives operators live visibility into their vehicles — tracking, playback, alerts, and reporting in one place.

I led the UI/UX design for the web platform, which serves four distinct user types — Super Admin, Reseller, Organization, and Retail Customer — each with different permissions and needs. The work covered persona-specific dashboards, live tracking and playback, a four-layer alert management system built on an inheritance model, share-live-location flows, and white-labeling for resellers, all delivered as prototypes and design specifications ready for engineering handoff.
